The second quarter of 2019 (April 1st through June 30th) is behind us, and now is a great time to see where the Windsor-Essex real estate market stands. When compared to the same quarter of 2018, we can see that this continues to be a strong seller’s market and that there is great demand from buyers for the homes for sale in Windsor and Essex County.

The number of homes sold in the Windsor-Essex region was very close to the same number, with a small 1% decrease in the number of homes sold in the second quarter of 2019 compared to Q2 2018.
